No, this is not a designed activity for proselytizing and leading "wayward souls" to whatever faith you may happen to follow, but rather a chance to have students make their own cheesy action story, a la Hollywood summer blockbusters.
You want your students to create and then describe/narrate their own storyline for an ACTION film. Medium-sized groups are probably best for this. Give them ample time to prepare, and then have them share it with the class.

Some nut job from whatever country you love to hate, with world domination on his mind
