For this activity, you’re going to pretend you are psychic.

1)      Explain to students what a psychic is and does. Tell the students that you are psychic and today you will tell the future for some lucky students. As a class, choose 2 or 3 students who will have their futures told (it might be a good idea to take volunteers).

2)       Have the class work in pairs to come up with a list of direct questions about the chosen students they would like to know the answers to.

For Example:

·         When will Jenny get married?

·         What will Jenny’s husband be like?

·         Do you see any big problems in Jenny’s immediate future?

·         How will Jenny die?

3)      Students ask questions and the ‘psychic teacher’ looks into his/her mind’s eye and reveals the future.
