Use this if you meet someone you have already met before (you already know them). For instance:
A: Hey Tom, I didn’t know you were going to be here today. It’s nice to see you.
B: Thanks. Yeah, I didn’t have plans to come, but Jenny asked me to come with her this morning.
Or
A: You’re not leaving already, are you? It’s still early.
B: Yeah. I really have to go.
A: Alright. Well, it was really nice to see you.
B: Thanks. You too.
