Justice

1)   Put students into pairs and have them come up with a list of offenses that might have been committed against them. Encourage wackiness.

Some themes might be:

·         A broke a promise to B

·         A caused harm to B’s property

·         A caused B physical pain or emotional anguish

2)   Choose a student to preside as a judge, King Solomon style.

3)   Have pairs of students approach the judge and present the details of their case. The judge will ask questions to discover further information and ultimately make a decision as to what should be done. Stress that this judge has final authority and my do whatever he/she sees fit.
